1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "uk77", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the uk77.asia platform, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers.

• "Balance" means the current PKR (Pakistani Rupee) value of funds held within a User's uk77 Account, comprising Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance as applicable.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to a User's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance or withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds and confirmed winnings held in a User's Account that are available for withdrawal subject to verification requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any financial stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, slot, or other gaming product offered through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required by uk77 before processing withdrawals or escalating account limits.
• "CNIC" means the Computerised National Identity Card issued by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) of Pakistan.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

By registering an Account on uk77, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;
2. You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
3. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will;
4. You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
5. You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of uk77, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
6. You are not a self-excluded individual under any self-exclusion programme administered by uk77 or any responsible gaming authority recognised by uk77's licensing body;
7. All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

uk77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or equivalent government-issued identification. Accounts where age or identity cannot be satisfactorily verified will be suspended pending the outcome of verification procedures. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending successful KYC completion.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of uk77 services, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to all uk77 Accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain exactly one uk77 Account. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where multi-accounting is detected, uk77 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit any balances held therein, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
• Accuracy of Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false information is a material breach of this Agreement.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uk77 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. uk77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify uk77 immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Account Transfers: uk77 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or permit any other person to use your Account under any circumstances.
• Currency: All uk77 Accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PKR at the rate applied by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

uk77 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in PKR: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (Tether). The availability of specific methods may change without notice subject to operational and regulatory requirements.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the uk77 Cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically credit to the Account Balance instantaneously. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect depending on the originating institution's processing times.
• uk77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which uk77 accepts no responsibility.
• Only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in the funds being returned (minus any applicable processing fees) and may trigger an Account review.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the Account and registered in the same name as the uk77 Account holder.
• A minimum KYC verification — including submission of a valid CNIC — must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours for verified Accounts in good standing. Timeframes may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the uk77 Cashier and are subject to change.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

uk77 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users from time to time, including but not limited to deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, PSL season promotions, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all uk77 promotions:

• Eligibility: Promotional offers are available to eligible registered uk77 Account holders only. uk77 reserves the right to exclude any User from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") before they may be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn. Where bonus abuse is detected, uk77 reserves the right to void all related bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals and suspend the associated Account.
• Changes to Promotions: uk77 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to affected Users where reasonably practicable.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the uk77 Platform. Product-specific rules (cricket betting, live casino, slots) are published in the relevant section of the Platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on uk77 are subject to acceptance by uk77's systems at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. uk77 reserves the right to decline any bet, restrict maximum stake amounts, or limit markets available to any User at its sole discretion.
• Obvious Errors: In the event that uk77 publishes clearly erroneous odds, game results, or payout figures due to a system malfunction or human error, uk77 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. Bets placed by a User who knew or ought reasonably to have known of the error will be voided regardless of outcome.
• Result Determination: For sports betting, the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, the ICC for international fixtures) shall be used to settle bets, subject to the specific market rules published on the Platform. For casino games and slots, the result generated by the certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer outcome shall be final.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per event, and per market. These limits are displayed on the Platform and may be adjusted at uk77's discretion without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one Account per individual (multi-accounting);
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way;
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit in-play betting markets;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities (money laundering);
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name;
• Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge or where you have a direct influence over the outcome;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software forming part of the Platform;
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the Platform;
• Engaging in any activity that places a disproportionate burden on the Platform's infrastructure;
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation in connection with your use of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the uk77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, audio, video, user interface design, data compilations, and proprietary algorithms — is the intellectual property of uk77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any uk77 content without prior written authorisation;
• Using the uk77 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context;
• Framing or scraping the Platform's content for use on third-party websites or applications;
• Creating derivative works based on uk77's proprietary materials.

Any intellectual property rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by uk77 and its licensors.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

uk77's collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the uk77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

In summary, uk77 collects personal data necessary for account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming measures, and regulatory compliance. uk77 does not sell your personal data to third parties. 10. Responsible Gaming

• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per session or per week;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session termination after a set duration;
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications of session duration and net position;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary Account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent Account closure with a mandatory minimum exclusion period.

Responsible gaming limit reductions take effect immediately upon request. Limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period before activation. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uk77 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial or economic loss, arising out of or in connection with:

• Any technical failure, interruption, or error in the Platform's software or servers;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data;
• Any content or conduct of third parties on or via the Platform;
• The outcome of any bet or game session on the Platform.

Where uk77's liability cannot be excluded by law, uk77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you to your uk77 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. uk77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

Termination by You: You may close your uk77 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after any applicable pending wager settlement and withdrawal processing fees) will be returned to your verified payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Termination or Suspension by uk77: uk77 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Provision of false or misleading information;
• Detection of prohibited activities as described in Section 7;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Where required by applicable law, a regulatory authority, or uk77's licensing conditions;
• Where uk77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Non-use of the Account for a continuous period of 12 months (inactive account).

Where an Account is suspended or terminated due to a breach by the User, uk77 reserves the right to withhold any balances pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, such balances may be forfeited in full.

13. Amendments to this Agreement

uk77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, uk77 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via email or in-Platform notification. The effective date of any revision will be clearly stated at the top of the updated Terms and Conditions document published at uk77.asia/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction under which uk77 holds its international gaming licence.

Complaints Procedure: In the event of a dispute, Users should first contact uk77's support team via live chat or email to attempt informal resolution. uk77 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 calendar days.

Arbitration: Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitral institution specified by uk77's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent uk77 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
